About the event
Throwing program that will teach the players how to conduct proper arm care preparation, identify throwing inefficiencies for each player and introduce a training plan for each player to work on to improve their throwing ability. The students will undergo a pain assessment and have a video review done of their delivery to develop an understanding of where the student needs to improve and why. Students will also complete conditioning circuits to help prepare them for competition in the spring.
