MPH101 WINTER PITCHING CLASS SESSION 2

Time to grind and prepare for upcoming Spring Season. Each player will undergo: Arm care assessment, conditioning, functional training, 3D biomechanical analysis, Rapsodo pitch design with slow motion capture throughout the 8 week program. Class meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
