8 Week training program beginning December 11, 2018. There will be 24 slots available. Class will meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 and Thursdays from 8:15 to 9:45 PM.

About the Event
Pitching class will focus on conditioning and arm care, creating an individualized plan for each player to work on inefficiencies, as well as velocity and command. Attention will also be given to mental training and developing a strategies for attacking the hitter.
